Deputy Manager Graphic Design

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Graphic Design professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality written content and visual assets that enhance corporate branding and support internal and external communications. This role requires a blend of creative writing, graphic design, and strategic collaboration to deliver compelling materials across various platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and corporate reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging written content and visual assets for corporate branding, internal communications, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, and other collateral.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for corporate publications, websites, newsletters, press releases, and social media channels, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies and messaging frameworks to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and design outputs.
- Design basic yet polished social media graphics and communication materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective communication tools that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, communication best practices, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to continuously improve content quality and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, content writing, or corporate communications.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design and writing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation design software.
