We are seeking a Deputy Manager for HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration based in Karachi, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This role involves managing human resources, labor relations, and administrative functions across multiple factory locations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within factory or site environments and will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in HR, IR, and administration while maintaining compliance with labor laws and fostering positive relations with unions and other stakeholders. Frequent travel to factory sites in Nawabshah and Thatta is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR, IR, and administrative activities across factory locations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
- Manage labor relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Coordinate workforce planning and local hiring to meet operational needs.
- Liaise with unions, Collective Bargaining Agents (CBA), government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain productive industrial relations.
- Supervise general administration of factories, plants, employee colonies, and related facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR, IR, and administration, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and union/CBA matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel frequently to factory sites in Nawabshah and Thatta.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- An MBA or MPA degree will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience working directly in factory or site environments is highly preferred, as it equips the candidate with practical insights into manufacturing operations and workforce management.
