We are seeking a skilled HR professional with comprehensive experience in core HR operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires hands-on expertise with HRIS platforms such as FlowHCM, managing employee records, attendance, leave, and HR requests efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and implementing best practices in workplace policies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Utilize FlowHCM or other HRIS platforms to maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, manage leave requests, and handle various HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies, updating procedures as necessary to reflect changes in regulations.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows to align with organizational goals.
- Generate and analyze HR reports related to attendance, employee data, and other relevant metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and promote an inclusive and ethical workplace environment.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, resolving conflicts and fostering positive employee relations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Lead or supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Hands-on experience with FlowHCM or similar HRIS platforms, with proficiency in managing employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR requests.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and workplace best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic HR data analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A master’s degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is highly desirable.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead HR role, preferably within medium to large organizations or corporate environments.
