Deputy Manager HR

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager HR to lead and manage critical HR functions and the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, training, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and internal teams to source and select qualified candidates.
- Handle offer placements, salary negotiations, and joining formalities efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect organizational standards and legal compliance.
- Address employee grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, provide counseling, and maintain strong employee relations.
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees to promote transparency and trust.
- Coordinate payroll activities, including incentives, bonuses, final settlements, and other compensation-related matters.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of statutory payments such as EOBI, SESSI, insurance, utility bills, and other HR-related expenses.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural activities, farewell events, recognition programs, and award ceremonies.
- Organize training and development programs, liaising with universities and educational institutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and manage pending or backlog issues.
- Work closely with management to secure approvals related to HR policies, employee matters, and operational needs.
- Coordinate with health insurance providers, attendance tracking services, and other HR vendors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and closure of audit requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and update the HR Intranet Portal with relevant and timely information.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
