This role focuses on delivering audit assurance, review, and consulting engagements across IT, communication systems, cloud infrastructure, and operational technology environments, particularly those supporting power generation, transmission, distribution, and metering. The position involves managing audit processes, assessing internal controls, drafting reports, and coordinating follow-ups, all within established internal audit frameworks and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute audit field visits, including performing KYC procedures, system walkthroughs, and business process analysis to gain a thorough understanding of IT/IS/CS/OT solutions.
- Review and finalize documentation that captures system and solution understanding relevant to audit engagements.
- Support the audit team in evaluating applied policies, data governance frameworks, risk assessments, and control effectiveness across various IT environments.
- Conduct and manage test-of-controls and substantive testing for enterprise systems such as SAP (PCE, BTP, IAG, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, and other business analytics or warehousing solutions.
- Audit data communication networks (MAN/LAN/NAC), IT infrastructure services (backup, patch management, archiving), data centers, cloud services, endpoint management, and network operation centers.
- Evaluate information and cybersecurity controls, including perimeter protection, endpoint detection, antivirus, cloud security, SOC operations, incident response, identity and access management, privileged access management, and security event management.
- Maintain audit findings, utilize CAATS tools for data analytics, and update audit management systems promptly.
- Prepare and present status reports on audit action points to supervisors and management.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to address business issues, bridge IT knowledge gaps, and manage CAATS implementation.
- Provide consulting support by advising on emerging IT/OT/CS control trends and recommending improvements to business processes and system integrations.
- Supervise vendor management for CAATS and eAudit tools, and oversee the use of business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Identify training needs for the audit team, support resource performance management, and contribute to career development and employee engagement.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including coordination with HR for recruitment, leave management, and other personnel matters.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Security, or Data Science from an HEC-recognized university.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in IT/CS operations, audit, software development, or systems and data communication infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in SAP systems and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGIT, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
