Deputy Manager QAQC (Electronics)

Accurate Pvt. Ltd, a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd and a leading manufacturer of digital meters, is looking for a dedicated full-time Deputy Manager for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. This on-site role is based at our Accurate Factory located in Sundar Estates. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in quality control and assurance specifically related to digital meters, ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards for design, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test energy meters, mechanical parts, and electrical components to verify compliance with established design and safety standards.
- Conduct functional, dimensional, and visual inspections using a variety of measuring instruments, test setups, and electrical testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes closely to detect quality issues and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately record and analyze inspection data, prepare detailed quality reports, and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate effectively with design, production, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related challenges and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the digital meters manufacturing industry.
