Deputy Manager Sales (Import) (Custom Clearance) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position requires a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide customized logistics solutions focused primarily on import customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a clear understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing services.
- Conduct regular market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office tools proficiently for reporting and communication.
- Candidates must have their own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably within import customs clearance.
