Deputy Manager Sales (Import) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position requires a solid understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and expertise in logistics services, particularly import customs clearance. The ability to provide customized solutions to meet client needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a thorough understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.
- Conduct daily market visits and prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
