The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Deputy Superintendent on a contractual basis for various locations within the Peshawar Region, including Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank City, and multiple Computerized Facilitation Centers (CFCs) across North and South Waziristan. This opportunity is open to residents of the respective districts, with a maximum age limit of 40 years. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) with attested certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and possess a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience. The recruitment process involves an online application, followed by a test and interview, with a probation period of six months upon selection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations at assigned NADRA centers within the designated districts.
- Ensure compliance with NADRA regulations and service standards under the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.
- Coordinate with team members and maintain the efficiency of data processing and registration activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of centers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.
- Facilitate communication between NADRA headquarters and field offices to implement policies effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data handled at the centers.
- Support training and development initiatives for junior staff and data entry operators.

Required Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 40 years (including a 5-year age relaxation).
- Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) with attestation from HEC.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
- Residency in the respective district as per CNIC/domicile is mandatory.
- Candidates must provide original personal, educational, and professional documents during the test and interview.
- Government or semi-government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.
- Medical fitness and character certificates are required upon selection.
- Candidates must not have any history of providing false information during the recruitment process.

Additional Positions:
NADRA is also hiring Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators) for both male and female candidates with a maximum age limit of 25 years. The minimum qualification for this role is intermediate or equivalent, with preference given to those having at least one year of relevant experience.

Terms and Conditions:
