Gender: Male Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Deputy/Assistant Manager – Sales with relevant experience in the shipping and logistics industry, particularly in Shipping Line or NVOCC sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving export sales growth in Karachi. Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in NVOCC, shipping lines, or the shipping and logistics industry.
- Strong experience in export sales in the Karachi market; import sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of shipping sales strategies, trade routes, freight rates, and market practices.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach with the ability to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics industry.
- Generate export sales leads and acquire new clients in the Karachi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate freight rates, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
