We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Design Engineer Intern to join our engineering team based in Gulberg, Lahore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a fresh Mechanical Engineering graduate to gain practical, hands-on experience in mechanical design. Over the course of six months, the intern will work closely with experienced engineers, contributing to real-world design projects, preparing engineering drawings, and assisting in technical documentation and design development. This role offers valuable exposure to the engineering process and the chance to develop essential skills for a career in mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in mechanical design and development activities.
- Prepare, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Support design calculations and engineering analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of mechanical components and systems.
- Assist with prototype development and testing activities.
- Participate in technical discussions and project meetings.
- Conduct basic engineering research and support problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain accurate project and design documentation.
- Follow engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with the design and engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.S.).
- Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in mechanical design and engineering principles.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the Gulberg, Lahore office.
