Design Engineer

Technopole Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing lighting poles and related products, ensuring all designs comply with American and European standards. This role demands expertise in structural analysis, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to produce thorough technical documentation. The engineer will contribute to product improvement and support manufacturing processes while managing client communications and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design lighting poles and supporting products in accordance with American and European standards.
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD.
- Conduct structural analysis to verify that products can withstand maximum wind speeds as specified by AASHTO standards.
- Enhance existing product designs and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain accurate and organized technical records and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering calculations and analysis reports.
- Deliver drawings, calculations, and technical documents to clients within established project timelines.
- Address and resolve technical queries from clients professionally and promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong computational and spatial analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of structural and engineering design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Salary Range: Rs70,000 to Rs80,000 per month
