Design Lead Development Executive – Cold Calling

Experts Communication is looking for a proactive and target-driven Design Lead Development Executive to join its Design Unit. The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified leads for international design projects through cold calling and outreach. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify and nurture potential clients interested in branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions. This full-time position is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads for international design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Identify and qualify prospects to create opportunities for senior sales and business development executives.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine cold outreach strategies.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales, preferably targeting international markets.
- Basic understanding of design services, branding, and creative solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills, including persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently during night shifts.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near North Nazimabad.
