Design Sales Closer

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Design Sales Closer to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role involves converting leads into clients by effectively presenting design services, negotiating deals, and closing high-value sales. The position operates during the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer a market-competitive salary along with performance-based incentives, with monthly sales targets ranging from $5,000 to $15,000. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Present tailored design solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Close sales by demonstrating the value of services and building trust with clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to develop customized solutions.
- Stay informed about current design trends and monitor market competition.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design sales or a related sales role.
- Strong skills in closing deals, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
