Design Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated, creative, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Chat-Based Design Sales Representatives for a US-based design campaign. In this role, you will engage with customers through live chat platforms to understand their design needs and offer customized solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via live chat platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate design services and solutions.
- Convert incoming chat inquiries into confirmed sales and orders.
- Clearly explain design concepts, service packages, pricing, and project deliverables.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversion rates.
