Design Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated, creative, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat-Based Design Sales Representatives for a US-based design campaign. In this role, you will engage with customers through live chat to understand their design needs and recommend suitable services. Your primary responsibility will be to convert chat inquiries into confirmed sales by clearly explaining design concepts, service packages, pricing, and project deliverables. This is a full-time position requiring availability during US time zone hours, mainly night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via live chat platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate design services and solutions.
- Convert incoming chat inquiries into confirmed sales and orders.
- Clearly communicate design concepts, service packages, pricing, and project deliverables.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversion rates.

- Excellent written English communication skills.
