Right Printing Press is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Melamine Dinnerware & Cookware Designer to join their team in Lahore. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 and is based at Royal Park, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, particularly in pattern creation and product graphics, with a focus on melamine dinnerware and cookware items.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original patterns, motifs, and decal layouts specifically for melamine dinnerware such as plates, bowls, trays, and cookware sets. Prepare print-ready vector files and color separations that are optimized for melamine decal printing and molding processes. Utilize generative AI design tools to quickly conceptualize current trends, including floral patterns, geometric layouts, and modern aesthetics. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure color accuracy and print feasibility on final products, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design and manufacturing stages.
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALL-E to enhance and accelerate the concept generation process. A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in pattern design, layout, and product graphics is required to showcase the candidate’s technical and creative abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior design experience within the melamine or ceramic industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without direct melamine experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong technical proficiency in the required software and design tools.
