TecRec, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer specializing in 2D & 3D design and BIM to join their expanding team. This full-time role involves supporting international design and engineering projects by producing accurate drawings and models, while contributing to the continuous improvement of design workflows and standards. The position offers a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 100,000 to 150,000 and the potential for career growth into a Design Lead role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop practical design solutions based on project requirements.
- Produce precise 2D drawings and 3D models that meet project specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical and fabrication drawings for manufacturing purposes.
- Ensure all designs comply with project and manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, engineers, and international stakeholders.
- Support design revisions and facilitate client approval processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance 3D modeling, BIM integration, and overall design workflows.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards and systems within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in design and drafting.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling techniques.
- Experience producing technical and fabrication drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Good command of English communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with analytical skills and a willingness to improve existing processes.
