Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to collect detailed business process requirements.

- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned software modules in alignment with client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with other system components.

- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

- Implementation: Support the deployment of software applications and their integration with existing systems to guarantee operational stability.

- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation including specifications, progress reports, and status updates. Utilize flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and maintain clear, well-structured code to present information effectively.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in Fullstack Java Enterprise development.

- Strong ability to translate client requirements into functional software modules.

- Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and collaborating with diverse teams.

- Proficiency in testing methodologies and participation in UAT.

- Skilled in preparing detailed technical documentation and reports.
