The role focuses on developing and testing software modules according to client requirements, preparing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. This position involves active participation in requirement gathering, coding, testing, implementation, and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gathering of Requirements: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to collect and understand business process requirements.

- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and seamless integration with existing system components.

- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across all required interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

- Implementation: Support the deployment of software applications and their integration with other systems to maintain overall system stability and performance.

- Maintain Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation detailing project specifications, activities, and status updates. Utilize flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-structured code to clearly communicate technical information.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure that solutions meet established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing.

- Strong expertise in AS400 platform and related technologies.

- Ability to effectively gather and analyze client requirements.

- Proficient in coding, configuration, and integration of software modules.

- Experience in executing testing procedures and participating in UAT.

- Skilled in preparing detailed technical documentation.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
