Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze product or software requirements to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by studying system flows, data usage, and work processes, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Investigate problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to translate client requirements into feasible designs.
- Perform coding activities to develop optimal software modules, ensuring operational feasibility and adherence to project standards.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Analyze information to recommend installation or modification of systems.
- Ensure code quality by eliminating bugs and test failures, maintaining clear documentation and replication patterns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on programming projects, including specifications, activities, and status updates.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team, documenting all relevant information.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, linking results to quality risks and reporting to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly seek client feedback to guarantee smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and formal reports from proposal to implementation.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, ensuring timely responses and adherence to business etiquette.
- Manage fault report tracking and ensure zero complaints internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and delivery.
- Strong expertise in Full Stack development with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver 100% error-free software onboarding and implementation.
- Experience in continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software.
- Ability to manage troubleshooting, customer queries, and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Skilled in generating timely and accurate MIS and project reports.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients to meet project goals.
