Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate and resolve problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Translate client requirements into feasible software designs in collaboration with functional teams and systems analysts.
- Coordinate with project managers to gather information on software capabilities and project expectations.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal development of software modules.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed software solutions.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Recommend and plan installation or modification of systems based on thorough analysis.
- Ensure code quality by maintaining error-free, bug-free, and test-failure-free software.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
- Adhere to project norms for code submission with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting as required.
- Coordinate daily project status updates and document progress consistently.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, linking results to quality risks and communicating with stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collect and incorporate client feedback regularly to support smooth and timely project delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments, and formal reports.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring quality interactions across emails, fault reports, and calls.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring no complaints internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in software development life cycle processes.
- Proven ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Experience in developing and automating software validation processes.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed technical documentation and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and system performance improvement.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Mandatory skill: Experience with Azure AI Search.
