Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate and resolve problem areas following the software development life cycle.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for system issues and identify improvements to enhance system performance and availability.
- Translate client requirements into feasible software designs and collaborate closely with functional teams and systems analysts.
- Coordinate with project managers to clarify software capabilities and project expectations.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal software and module development with error-free, high-quality code.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed software solutions.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix bugs, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status updates.
- Ensure all code submissions comply with project norms, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports as required, and coordinate daily project status updates within the team.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace quality risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain client feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear coding standards.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and adherence to business etiquette.
- Manage fault report tracking and ensure no complaints arise internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and operational feasibility analysis.
- Experience in designing, testing, and maintaining software applications with a focus on quality and performance.
- Ability to develop automated test cases and execute validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client interactions professionally.
