Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle to resolve issues.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for system issues and clearly define problem statements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and improve availability.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts to investigate software requirements in detail.
- Liaise with project managers to gather information on software capabilities and project expectations.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal development of software modules.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by reviewing analysis, problem definitions, requirements, and proposed software.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Analyze information to recommend installation or modification of systems.
- Ensure code quality by maintaining error-free and bug-free software with successful test outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
- Adhere to project norms for code submission, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Maintain timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate daily project status updates with the team and document progress.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace quality risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance specifications.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear coding practices.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, including email content, fault reporting, and business etiquette.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring no complaints internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and coding best practices.
- Ability to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Experience in automating software validation and developing test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, project managers, and team members.
