Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle to resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system problems and identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts to gather detailed software requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand software capabilities and project expectations.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal development of software modules.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions, requirements, and proposed software solutions.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix bugs, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Recommend and plan installations or modifications of systems based on thorough analysis.
- Ensure code quality by eliminating errors and test failures.
- Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and progress.
- Maintain clear documentation and adhere to project norms for code submission with proper descriptions and replication patterns.
- Coordinate daily project status updates and document progress accurately.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, linking results to quality risks and reporting to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain client feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance specifications.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through comprehensive flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear coding standards.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, including email correspondence, fault report tracking, and voice interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring no complaints arise internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on MuleSoft development.
- Proven ability to deliver error-free software onboarding and implementation according to schedules and release plans.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, customer experience management, and timely delivery of software solutions.
- Competency in generating accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with software validation and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
