Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth within assigned markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the paints, coatings, or related chemical industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
