We are seeking a full-time, on-site React.js and Node.js Developer based in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. The primary focus will be on React for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services. This role involves implementing new features, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with designers and product teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Implement new features and integrate third-party APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to create accessible and responsive interfaces.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain application stability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to technical documentation and help establish development standards and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in front-end development using React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid back-end experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
- Experience integrating with databases, both SQL and NoSQL (such as MongoDB).
- Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and workflows including Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles such as object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers to implement UI/UX best practices and create responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Previous experience in a professional software development role, particularly building production-grade React and Node.js applications.
