Device Installer

A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled Device Installer to join their team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to effectively resolve complaints and ensure service quality. The position is full-time and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity.
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of internet cables to maintain network performance.
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and resolve any related technical issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- A 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess a valid bike as it is essential for job duties involving travel to various installation sites.
- The position is based in Karachi, and candidates must be available to work in person.
