We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer III with a strong focus on Platform Engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, automation, Kubernetes, and platform technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and improving complex DevOps and platform solutions, building reusable automation, managing cloud-native platforms, and enabling engineering teams through standardized platform capabilities. The successful candidate will independently handle complex technical requirements, translate architecture into production-ready solutions, mentor fellow engineers, and lead technical workstreams with an emphasis on technical depth and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. These pipelines should incorporate reusable libraries, quality gates, security scanning, automated testing, and deployment workflows. Implement and support GitOps deployment workflows with Argo CD, Flux, or similar tools, managing declarative configurations, environment promotion, drift detection, rollback, RBAC, and secrets integration.

Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient AWS cloud infrastructure using services including EC2, ECS, EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, SSM, and Lambda. Design, test, and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform or OpenTofu, ensuring proper state management, testing, validation, and integration with CI/CD and GitOps workflows.

Create automation and platform tooling using Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, TypeScript, Ansible, or similar technologies. Build APIs, utilities, templates, and workflows to minimize manual operations. Build and operate Kubernetes platforms, particularly Amazon EKS and Azure AKS, implementing standards for cluster configuration, security, scaling, storage, observability, and lifecycle management.

Implement monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting using tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch. Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex platform issues. Apply AI and agentic automation to DevOps use cases by integrating AI-enabled workflows with enterprise AI services such as Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, ensuring secure, observable, and controlled implementations.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, leading technical workstreams, participating in design and code reviews, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Platform, CloudOps, SRE, Security, and Architecture teams.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles. Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Advanced proficiency with Terraform or OpenTofu for Infrastructure as Code, including reusable modules and multi-environment deployments.

Extensive experience designing, building, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. Proficiency with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux. Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and Helm chart development. Skilled in configuration management and automation using Ansible or similar technologies.

Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, TypeScript, or equivalent languages. Deep understanding of IAM/RBAC, cloud security, networking, DNS, load balancing, VPCs, routing, and firewall configurations. Experience with observability tools including Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and deployment challenges independently. Demonstrated mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience contributing to Internal Developer Platforms and developer self-service capabilities. Familiarity with multi-account AWS environments and enterprise cloud governance. Knowledge of Azure cloud and AKS or other multi-cloud infrastructures. Experience with AI/LLM platforms and agentic automation, including Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.

Exposure to policy-as-code, security scanning tools such as SonarQube or Trivy, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps). Relevant certifications in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or related fields. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

We offer a comprehensive benefits program designed to support you and your family throughout your career. This includes a competitive salary, market-aligned benefits, quarterly perks, and flexible hybrid work arrangements. Employees have access to continuous learning, professional certifications, and leadership development opportunities. Our inclusive global culture values authenticity, trust, curiosity, and diversity of thought, fostering a supportive environment for all.
