We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing application deployments, maintaining server environments, and supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within a cloud-based infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless application releases and maintain high system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying applications on Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Support build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Help manage and monitor infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Troubleshoot deployment and server-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate deployment documentation and adhere to DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with development and QA teams to facilitate smooth application releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Between six months to one year of relevant experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and IIS hosting.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong eagerness to learn and adopt DevOps tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to managing cloud infrastructure and automation tools will be an advantage.
