DevOps Engineer

This role is based fully on-site at the Gulberg office in Lahore, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, and EKS.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Virtual Networks, and AKS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation; experience with ARM templates or Bicep is considered an advantage.
- Oversee containerization technologies, including Docker, and manage orchestration platforms like EKS, AKS, and Kubernetes.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
- Monitor system performance and health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
- Ensure the security and reliability of cloud environments while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support development and operational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services; exposure to Azure cloud services is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform and CloudFormation; familiarity with ARM or Bicep templates is a plus.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go to automate tasks and improve workflows.
