The DevOps/IT Admin Intern position at Nexsoll is a full-time, on-site role located in Bahawalpur. The intern will support daily IT operations by monitoring systems, assisting with network and server environments, and contributing to the overall reliability of the IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting, working closely with the senior IT team on various technical and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by addressing user requests and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access control to ensure secure IT operations.
- Support network administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and connectivity.
- Help maintain servers and operating systems through regular updates, patches, and system administration duties.
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of technical processes.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on DevOps initiatives such as automation, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Participate in maintaining infrastructure reliability and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of network administration, including device configuration and network monitoring.
- Understanding of system administration principles to support servers and core IT services.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as version control, CI/CD, and scripting is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Bahawalpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
