Devsinc Future Sync - 3rd Cohort

We are pleased to offer a structured internship program in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board as part of a government-funded initiative. This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with valuable industry experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects within a dynamic work environment. The internship spans four months and offers a monthly stipend of PKR 50,000, fully funded by the Government of Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will engage in hands-on development and support activities across various technical and business domains. Responsibilities include applying core technical concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms to solve practical problems. Interns will participate in software development processes, including coding, debugging, testing, and code optimization. They will collaborate with teams using version control systems like Git and contribute to projects in areas such as AI/ML, web and mobile development, DevOps, cloud technologies, CRM systems, and quality assurance. Additionally, interns may support business functions including HR, sales, digital marketing, and business development, gaining a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed their graduation in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. A strong academic foundation in core technical concepts is essential. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, including classes, inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism. Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, such as arrays, stacks, queues, linked lists, and basic algorithmic problem-solving, is required. Familiarity with database fundamentals, including SQL or NoSQL, and experience with Git version control are important. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills. A valid domicile is mandatory for eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience or knowledge in one or more specialized areas is highly desirable. These areas include AI/ML and Data Science, Python programming, MERN stack or Node.js development, mobile app development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), DevOps practices, OpenStack cloud technologies, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Finance & Operations), software quality assurance, and web development.
