Devsinc Future Sync - 3rd Cohort

We are pleased to offer a structured internship program in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board as part of a government-funded initiative. This program is tailored for fresh graduates seeking hands-on industry experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects within a dynamic work environment. The internship spans four months and provides a monthly stipend of PKR 50,000, fully funded by the Government of Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will engage in various technical and business functions, contributing to software development, AI/ML and data science projects, DevOps, OpenStack, Salesforce, mobile development, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include applying core programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms to solve practical problems. Interns will also participate in database management, version control using Git, debugging, testing, and code optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to software development best practices are essential. Additionally, interns may support business areas such as HR, sales, digital marketing, and business development depending on their assigned roles.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields and have completed their graduation. A strong academic foundation in core technical concepts is essential. Applicants must hold a domicile of Punjab. Technical proficiency should include a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles—covering classes, inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism—as well as knowledge of fundamental data structures like arrays, stacks, queues, and linked lists. Familiarity with basic database concepts (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control systems such as Git, and software development lifecycle practices is required. Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills are critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience or knowledge in one or more specialized areas is highly desirable. These areas include AI/ML and data science, Python programming, MERN stack or Node.js development, mobile app development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), DevOps, OpenStack, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Finance & Operations), software quality assurance, and web development.
