Diagnostic Technician - Service Center - Gujranwala

PakWheels Service Center is seeking experienced and skilled automotive technicians with a strong background in servicing Japanese and Korean vehicles, including Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, and Kia. Candidates with Toyota Pro Technician certification or equivalent expertise are highly preferred. The ideal technician will demonstrate hands-on proficiency in performing quick and efficient maintenance services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engine oil changes and replace filters accurately.
- Conduct transmission oil changes for both manual and automatic systems.
- Carry out engine tuning and basic repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Clean throttle bodies, injectors, and air filters as part of routine maintenance.
- Inspect brake systems, coolant levels, belts, and hoses to identify potential issues.
- Diagnose minor faults and recommend necessary repairs to customers.
- Adhere strictly to PakWheels Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service quality and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Handle tools and equipment properly to avoid damage and ensure efficiency.
- Deliver quick and accurate services to meet customer expectations and minimize vehicle downtime.

Required Qualifications:
- Certified Toyota Pro Technician or possess an equivalent level of technical expertise.
- Proven experience working with Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, and Kia vehicles.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of practical experience in an automotive workshop or service center environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and components.
- Basic customer service skills are advantageous, enabling effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in engine oil and filter changes.
- Experience with manual and automatic transmission oil changes.
- Ability to perform engine tuning and diagnostic scanning.
- Skilled in cleaning throttle bodies and fuel injectors.
- Competent in basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of brake pad and brake fluid replacement procedures.
- Ability to test and replace vehicle batteries.
- Experience in replacing air and cabin filters.
