Digital Analytics Intern

Upsight Digital is a data and analytics agency dedicated to helping businesses obtain accurate data from their websites, apps, and advertising campaigns. This enables clients to make informed marketing decisions. We are currently offering a paid three-month internship designed for individuals eager to build a career in Digital Analytics. This opportunity is ideal for those ready to commit fully and work diligently. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time positions upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up tracking on client websites to ensure accurate measurement of conversions.
- Test and verify that data collection processes are functioning correctly.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards tailored to client needs.
- Help automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all work performed.
- Conduct research on new tools and updates to existing platforms.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, Meta and Google Ads tracking, Looker Studio, Google Apps Script, and various AI tools.

Required Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to fully commit to the internship for the entire three-month duration.
- Demonstrated curiosity and self-motivation to learn independently through documentation, videos, and AI resources.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Open to students and graduates from any academic background.
- Candidates with intermediate or A-Level education who possess strong AI or coding knowledge and seek a technology career without pursuing university education are also encouraged to apply.
- Interest or prior exposure to coding, AI tools, freelancing, or side projects is a plus, even if the right career fit has not yet been found.
