We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Concept Artist/Digital Artist to join the creative team at Ajax Studio. In this role, you will focus on designing visually compelling and immersive in-game elements that elevate our projects. Working closely with the team, you will help bring innovative ideas to life by producing high-quality visual assets that enhance the overall gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create captivating concept art for game characters, environments, and props.
- Develop detailed profiles for final concept art to ensure smooth and effective 3D modeling.
- Illustrate in-game scenes, key moments, and characters to enrich the player’s experience.
- Apply a solid understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling within the gaming context.
- Demonstrate strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail and focus on immersion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and respond positively to constructive feedback.
- Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and professionally.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar digital art tools.
- Experience working in the gaming industry, particularly in in-game concept art, graphic design, or digital illustration.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your artistic skills and relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Adobe Animate or other animation software is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time or contract position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs300,000.
- The role requires working on-site to foster close collaboration with the creative team.
