Digital Marketer & Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and motivated female Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our team full-time at our on-site location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing, along with strong English communication skills. This role requires someone who can develop engaging content, design visually appealing social media posts, and write professional website copy. The successful candidate will bring fresh ideas, take ownership of their work, and actively contribute to enhancing our brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms.
- Design creative and engaging posts tailored for social media audiences.
- Develop original content for social media channels, including captions and short-form video scripts.
- Write professional website content and compelling copy for marketing purposes.
- Create captions specifically for Instagram Reels and other short video formats.
- Conduct research on content ideas, current trends, and relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
- Plan and organize social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold high standards of content quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication and writing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Strong creative thinking and content writing abilities.
- Awareness of social media trends and techniques to engage target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience managing social media accounts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
- Basic video editing skills and experience creating content for Reels or similar formats.

- Monthly salary range: Rs30,000 to Rs45,000.
