The Digital Marketer role at Hashtronics is a full-time, on-site position located in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report key metrics. This role requires close collaboration with design, development, and sales teams to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and effectively support product launches and promotional activities. Additionally, the Digital Marketer will research market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns and the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other channels.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling relevant content.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and sales to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications
