Digital Marketer- Meta Ads Expert

MCS Digitizing is looking for a talented Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer to join their team at the Karachi office. This full-time role requires working onsite during night shift hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience and focuses on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, especially within the e-commerce sector and targeting international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving effective advertising strategies that maximize return on ad spend and enhance brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage social media accounts with a focus on audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization to improve ROAS.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars that align with current market trends.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Oversee daily social media management to maintain consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce and international digital campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for enhanced performance and ROAS.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
