Digital Marketer Teamlead

Rizing Metrics is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Closer to join their team onsite in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time position operates during night hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by effectively communicating the value of the company’s digital marketing services. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to confidently close deals through calls, online meetings, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services.
- Conduct sales calls, online consultations, and meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services such as SEO, local SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Present service packages, pricing, proposals, and demonstrate business value to potential clients.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and closed deals within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to support retention, upselling, and long-term opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within digital marketing, SEO, or a digital agency environment.
- Strong skills in closing deals, negotiation, persuasion, and objection handling.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in managing sales calls with both local and international clients.
- Ability to clearly explain digital marketing services and their business benefits.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and sales pipeline tracking is preferred.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to client communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience closing high-value digital marketing or SEO deals.
- Familiarity with international clients, especially US-based businesses.
- Experience working with inbound leads, outbound prospects, and qualified sales opportunities.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
