Finit Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing who is eager to contribute to business growth by managing online campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and driving lead generation. You will work closely with product and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and stay updated on industry trends, while leveraging AI tools to create engaging content. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels to promote Finit Systems’ services and brand.
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence, ensuring active engagement and growth.
- Create visually appealing posters, graphics, and short-form videos using AI-powered design and editing tools.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business development opportunities to support company growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through digital outreach and targeted campaigns.
- Monitor web and campaign performance, tracking key metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months and 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, including poster design and video editing.
- Strong social media marketing skills with a proven ability to manage and grow online communities.
- Experience in business development and lead generation activities.
- Working knowledge of web analytics platforms and performance tracking methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
