9Xero Digital Ltd. is seeking a motivated and client-focused Digital Marketing + Client Services Associate to join their team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role, based in Islamabad, involves supporting client accounts by coordinating with internal teams, understanding marketing requirements, and ensuring the timely execution of daily client deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate account activities.
- Interpret client requirements and convert them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Liaise with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Review social media and digital marketing outputs to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Monitor deliverables, deadlines, follow-ups, and client feedback efficiently.
- Assist in preparing client updates, reports, and documentation of meeting notes.
- Participate actively in client meetings and support discussions related to marketing strategies.
- Identify any issues or gaps in ongoing work and escalate them as necessary.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of client requirements, tasks, and ongoing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, client servicing, or account coordination.
- Basic to good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
