This full-time, on-site role operates during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects for international online clients, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international clients.
- Quickly understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Delegate tasks to team members and monitor project progress.
- Collect daily and weekly task reports from staff.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify project challenges and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
- Maintain organized records of all project communications and tasks.
- Write warm and engaging pitching emails to potential clients.
- Draft professional and persuasive cover letters tailored to client needs.
- Ensure all client communications are clear, grammatically accurate, and aligned with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Strong project coordination and management capabilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp client requirements and translate them into tasks.
- Experience in team management and task delegation.
