Key Responsibilities:
Drive Customer Attraction: Leverage your deep understanding of consumer psychology to design campaigns that engage audiences, encourage clicks, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Lead Holistic Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine content marketing, community building, SEO, and organic growth with paid advertising efforts.
Scale the Brand: Focus on creating a sustainable and impactful digital footprint rather than chasing short-term traffic spikes.
Take Full Ownership: Oversee the creative and strategic direction of all marketing initiatives, continuously tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to maximize growth and ROI.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand scaling, and growth strategy with a strong track record of success.
A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative and effective marketing campaigns that demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking.
Comprehensive knowledge of both organic marketing tactics (SEO, content creation, community engagement) and paid advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
A creative visionary mindset combined with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of conversion metrics.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a history of taking full ownership of brand growth and marketing outcomes.
Job Details:
This is a full-time, in-person position. The monthly salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
