Digital Marketing Instructor (3 Month Contract)

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Faisalabad, is seeking a Digital Marketing Instructor for a 3-month onsite contractual position. The role involves delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes aimed at preparing young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Digital Marketing Instructor, you will guide trainees through the fundamentals of online business marketing, covering areas such as social media, search engines, and e-commerce. You will lead daily lectures and hands-on labs, enabling beginners to run real marketing campaigns and gain valuable practical experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and practical labs aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Teach essential digital marketing skills to trainees with little or no prior experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentation slides, campaign briefs, assignments, and quizzes.
- Facilitate labs where trainees create and manage social media pages and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor attendance, evaluate trainee progress, and submit detailed reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who require extra help.
- Provide coaching on freelancing profiles, local client projects, and job application strategies.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to maintain training quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency, business, or freelance capacity.
- Practical knowledge of managing social media pages and running Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience in content creation using Canva and AI-based tools.
- Ability to teach clearly and engagingly in both Urdu and English, with patience for beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are highly desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing on platforms like Daraz or Shopify is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is advantageous.
