Digital Marketing Manager

EcomnDev LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both general and performance marketing, with proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM. This role requires the ability to manage multiple client campaigns effectively while leading and supervising a marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to diverse industries, ensuring optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various industries to meet client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Create social media strategies, develop content calendars, and foster audience engagement.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team by delegating tasks and tracking performance.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports and communicate campaign results clearly to clients.
- Utilize AI tools and marketing analytics platforms to enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and performance marketing techniques.
- Practical experience managing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Solid understanding of general marketing principles, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent team management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong research capabilities and up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Location and Work Schedule:
This position is based in F.B. Area, Block 15, Karachi, with in-person work required. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Compensation:
The monthly salary starts from Rs75,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
