DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Human Capital HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Digital Marketing and IT Services sector for the position of Digital Marketing Manager. This full-time role is based in F.B. Area, Block 15, Karachi, and requires working on-site during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing, with a strong background in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. This position involves managing multiple client accounts, optimizing campaigns, and leading a marketing team to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to clients across diverse industries.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing channels.
- Oversee advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create social media strategies, develop content calendars, and enhance audience engagement.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team by delegating tasks and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports and communicate campaign results clearly to clients.
- Utilize AI tools and marketing analytics platforms to boost productivity and optimize campaign outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
