Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

Pak Forex Academy is looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our paid advertising efforts, automation workflows, sales team management, and daily office operations. This full-time, office-based position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth by driving lead generation, improving sales conversions, and ensuring smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing skills, leadership experience, and a proven ability to optimize business processes within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads. Develop, maintain, and improve CRM workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL) and implement WhatsApp automation processes to streamline communication and lead nurturing. Lead the sales teams by overseeing lead distribution, monitoring follow-ups, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently. Supervise daily office operations, track staff performance, and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions. Continuously analyze and refine lead generation strategies and conversion tactics to maximize marketing effectiveness and overall business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel CRM platforms is essential. Strong understanding of CRM automation tools and WhatsApp API integration is required to effectively manage communication workflows. Excellent leadership and team management skills, coupled with strong communication abilities, are necessary to guide and motivate sales teams. Ability to analyze marketing data critically and implement actionable improvements to enhance business performance is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of Forex trading concepts, including familiarity with trading signals or trading bots, will be considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
