The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, and display networks. The primary goal is to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions for clients. Daily tasks involve managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to improve marketing strategies. The specialist will utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed performance reports, and work closely with web development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Regular communication with internal teams and clients is essential to present insights, recommendations, and campaign results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, and display channels.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing content that drives engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Track KPIs and prepare comprehensive performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with web development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to present campaign outcomes and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital and online marketing, including campaign planning and optimization.
- Expertise in social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and channel management.
- Proficiency in web analytics with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with teams and clients.
- Relevant experience with SEO, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Multan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
